Educational Background: Dr. Motiwalla earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Scholarly Interests: Professor Motiwalla’s current research interests are the impact of ERP, E-Business and the evaluation of emerging technologies in e-Learning. He has published numerous articles in several national and international journals including Computers and Education, Journal of Internet & Higher Education, Information & Management, Information Resource Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Computing & e-Commerce, and Journal of MIS. Bio Sketch: Luvai Motiwalla is a professor of management in the department’s Manufacturing/Management Information Systems Group. Before joining UML, Professor Motiwalla was an associate professor at the University of Hartford. He has also a consultant or worked on research projects funded by the Department of Education, Davis Foundation, Connecticut Department of Health Services, IBM, NCR and U.S. Army.
