Danny Arati, M.A.

Danny is responsible for Intel’s CSR involvement in Education in Europe, mainly through the professional development programme ‘Intel Teach’, but also in supporting research, projects and policies that facilitate a shift towards 21st Century Learning and Teaching. He is also responsible for all Corporate Affairs activities in the United Kingdom.
Having joined Intel in 2000, Danny has worked in the e-Business division before being called to develop and expand Intel’s online presence in the Education sector. Prior to joining Intel, Danny worked in the School Office of De Montfort University, Leicester, after a few years of working as a language teacher.
Danny holds a M.A. in Mass Communication Research from the University of Leicester, and a B.A. in Literature, Philology and Journalism from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. Danny sits on the General Committee of the British Science Association and is an external examiner for the International Baccalauréat Organisation.
